Conveyancying Sales Price List

Price Transparency

Conveyancing is a major part of our business and every year we act for around 1,250 buyers and sellers in West Sussex alone – that’s 5 houses bought or sold every day of the week! We know our business and our clients particularly like the fact that we work on a fixed fee, which is broadly based on the value of their property.  For most of our transactions around Horsham fees start at £550 and range up to £925.

For more expensive properties, or where there are more complex components of a sale, the costs may increase. All fees are subject to VAT. Rest assured that when you contact us we will provide you with a bespoke quote tailored to your specific circumstances before we progress and will always be happy to talk you through the costs.

Disbursements

There tends to be a lot of ‘red tape’ involved in selling a property – especially if mortgages, leases or companies are involved. All of these incur fees which are not set by Mancini Legal and will be the same no matter which solicitor you choose. We have to make the payments for these ‘disbursements’ on your behalf and then charge them back to you on your final bill.

It’s a standard part of the conveyancing process. Once again when we give you your quote we will be able to estimate what these costs will be, and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • If the property is Leasehold an additional £150 plus VAT is charged for dealing with the management company/Landlord/Freeholder enquiries
  • If the property is subject to a mortgage an additional £100 plus VAT is charged for dealing with the lenders
