Colleen Clevett - Private Client Executive

Colleen has undertaken legal work for individual people since the year 2000. She specialises in the drafting of Wills and lasting powers of attorney, the administration of trusts, obtaining probate, and cases referred to the Court of Protection.

Her clients' affairs often require a very personal service involving, for example: home or hospital visits to take instructions for a Will; making arrangements for a medical evaluation if an individual is no longer capable of managing their affairs; and liaising with doctors, nursing homes, social services or local authorities.

Colleen's former experience as a nurse is particularly useful in her work for elderly clients. She understands their anxieties, and attends to their legal requirements in a way that is sympathetic, reassuring and calm.
